Education and
experience
I have over 12 years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach having graduated with a Diploma in Advanced Personal Training, Nutrition Programming, Anatomy and Physiology in 2012. My journey since then has been about helping people build healthy, sustainable fitness habits and a positive relationship with food.
Before moving to the North East, I trained clients at one of London's top health clubs before establishing a bespoke fitness studio in Bromley. At Wellness House, I bring together my experience helping people to develop their physical and nutritional wellbeing with my belief that looking after your physical body can have a positive impact on your emotional, professional and relational wellbeing.

I focus on creating personalised fitness plans that match each client’s unique needs and goals. My mission is to help clients find joy in physical activity, build consistent and sustainable habits, and embrace balanced, nutritious eating. I believe in creating a supportive and friendly environment, celebrating every step of progress and empowering my clients to achieve their goals with confidence.
